- Hannum Crossing is located at the northwest corner of Frost and Page Roads in the City of Streetsboro, situated at the north end of town, just south of the Aurora boarder. There are four entrances to Hannum Crossing one off Frost Road., between Route 43 and Page Road, and three off of Page Road, just north of Frost Road.
- Hannum Crossing includes such amenities as: a nature preserve area with a pond, walking trails around the pond, landscaped boulevard entrances, nine landscaped cul-de-sacs, large wide wooded lots, and most of these lots are over a half acre.
- Hannum Crossing has city sidewalks and street lights which make for a family oriented community. Large areas of nature preserve area are protected by restrictions which will protect its natural beauty and provide habitat for indigenous wildlife. Several homesites adjoin these areas insuring that development will not take place in these locations.
