Lake Plata
	Lake Plata is located between Shepard and Chamberlin Roads, situated within a beautifully setting with many trees. There are two entrances to Lake Plata, one off Shepard Road just south of Ledge Road and on off Chamberlin Road north of route 82. Lake Plata is just east of the Macedonia city line and just south of I-480. Lake Plata includes such amenities as: many common park areas with a large ponds, landscaped cul-de-sac islands, two landscaped entrances, and most of the lots are nicely wooded. Lake Plata has city sidewalks and streetlights which make for a safe quite family oriented community. The pond area is protected by the deed restrictions. Twinsburg Zoning requires 60-foot setbacks of the roads and 10 foot minimum side yards. Twinsburg also requires that there be no two homes near each other that look alike, which makes for a wonderful mix of homes. The average lot size is approximately a half an acre. All lots are fully improved with city water, sewer and natural gas. The curbed asphalt streets are kept maintained by the city of Twinsburg's extraordinary service department. The deed restrictions require a minimum of 2,000 square feet for one story, 2,100 square feet for one and one-half stories and a minimum of 2,200 square feet for two story homes. Uniform mailboxes in the city right of way makes this community very attractive. The quality schools are of the Twinsburg City School District. Lake Plata is conveniently located between near Interstates 480 and 271. Twinsburg has all the comforts, conveniences and necessities required by today's active family. Just minutes away in both Twinsburg and Macedonia are shopping centers with all your shopping and entertaining needs. We have many home plans available to be built within this wonderful community.
